Learn conversational English and the diversity of Canadian cultures in a fun, social setting.  Get help with Immigration papers and other topics.  Make new friends, and enjoy a free lunch together.

Our programme is in partnership with the Cowichan Intercultural Society, and covers a great many supports for new immigrants, not just ELSA (English Language Services for Adults).  Check out their website for more information and resources.

Some of the services provided by the Intercultural Society at the Neighbourhood House include:

 — English language
— Schools and education
— Citizenship and Immigration inquiries
— MSP, SIN, Driver’s License or other applications
— Connection to existing programs available at Cowichan Intercultural Society
— Assistance and Referral to Community Services and Resources
— And Much More!
